Originally from the South of France, the Bousquet family has been making wines in Argentina since 1997 and is now a leading producer of organic bottles. This Cabernet is sourced from top, low-yielding plots and spends 10 months in French oak. Cassis, red cherries and chocolate on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied palate with bright, herbal black and red fruit. Fine tannins and plenty of freshness. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
