The 2011 vintage of this wine won the Platinum Best in Show trophy for best red blend at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards in 2016, and the follow up vintage took Silver in 2017. It's still young, with the alcohol and firm oak needing more time to knit, but the potential is there. Savoury coffee, spice, ink, tar and liquorice flood the palate, with enough acidity to refresh.
