A 100% Pinot Noir from sandy-loam vineyards in the Barrancas area of Maipú. It has 9.7g/L of residual sugar but manages to avoid being confected thanks to firm acidity. Fresh, bright red apple fruit and a creamy, strawberry yoghurt finish.
