From a low-yielding vineyard at 960m in Vistalba, this super Malbec has a beautiful balance of ripe blue fruits, moderate alcohol and vanilla-edged oak from a year in barrel, leading to a long, cherry liqueur finish. After 12 December, it reverts to the usual £17.99.
