From noted Argentinian winery Catena, this is quite a heavy, meaty Cabernet Franc, with lots of extract and chocolatey richness as opposed to fresher, more leafy and perfumed examples out there. But for those looking for currants, brambles and vanilla oak spice, then this will pair well with a steak.
