Drinking Window: 2022 - 2028
This wine hails from an 80-year-old vineyard in Calingasta, a town set at a height of 1,500m in the province of San Juan. Fermented and aged in concrete with native yeasts, 30% in whole bunches, the expressive nose offers wild strawberry, candy, rose petals and white pepper. Light and fresh, with gentle tannins and a pleasant finish, it will pair well with charcuterie, pâtés and cheeses.
