Aged in French and American hogsheads, the Shiraz from Barossa has a vanilla-seasoned nose of ripe black cherry, blueberry and cassis liqueur. Powerful and spicy, with a rich palate of black chocolate, prune, clove and black pepper, followed by a warming, vinous finish.
