Artan, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Coonawarra, Australia 2021

Sourced from vineyards on fossilised limestone soils in Coonawarra. Fermented at cool temperatures with extended time on skins, before ageing in French Oak. Cedarwood and green pepper open up to red cherry and blackcurrant. Supported by chocolatey tannins, it's juicy and generous on the palate with sweet-spiced cassis, blackberry compote and prune but does not lack balance.
