A light and lively blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah from vines planted in 1946. Lifted strawberry and cherry nose with a light waft of dried herbs. Very pale red; focused palate with juicy acidity and delicate fruit – like cherries dancing over clouds! Made from uncertified organic grapes, with wild fermentation and just two months of ageing in old French barriques. Fewer than 400 cases produced.
