Penfolds, Koonunga Hill Seventy Six Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon, South Australia 2019

Thick layers of ripe, lush fruit characterise this wine. Blackcurrant, plums and blueberries, with a subtle hint of cherry cough drops. This mass of fruit is polished with a vanilla oak veneer, eucalyptus lift and pine resin length. It's a lovely, deep profile and finishes with a decent mark of acidity.
