This delivers everything you'd want from classic Clare Valley Riesling. Aromatic, bone-dry, crisp and mineral, with a lovely fruit profile of fresh zingy lime, plus some subtle rounder hints of passionfruit and peach. Would be great with grilled prawns – and it's an absolute steal for under £20.
