Sourced from four Blewitt Springs low yielding old bush vine vineyards, this example has an extra spring its step courtesy of 15% carbonic maceration. Super-juicy, with bitter orange peel and sweeter tangerine aromatics and a subtly salty edge to its bouncy red and black berry and plum fruit. Immersive tannins and grapefruity acidity lend persistence. Aged for 12 months in old French oak.
