With winemaking input from Martin Shaw of Shaw & Smith fame, this Aussie Sauvignon is a deliciously fresh and vibrant style that stands apart from both French and New Zealand examples. It has lemony aromas with a touch of salinity, while the citrus fruit in the mouth is sweet, ripe and energetic. There are some herbal hints too, and the acidity is well integrated but keeps things rolling along until the long, fresh finish.
