Barossa Valley is best known for its Shiraz, but on this evidence its Cabs are worth seeking out... Sourced from two vineyards: Riebke in northern Barossa gives rich, dark fruits; Eden Valley (higher and cooler) adds freshness and finesse. Velvety black and blue berry fruit on the palate, which is juicy and earthy but with great freshness and fine tannins. Polished.
