This is a great-value Shiraz which displays plenty of Clare Valley freshness alongside the ripe fruit and oaky profile. It's aged for 24 months in used American oak, then a further nine months in stainless steel before bottling. It has a minty-fresh nose with pure flavours of ripe hedgerow fruit. Chocolatey tannins provide grip and structure, while the rich mid-palate develops liquorice and black pepper notes. Delicious!
