From the limestone Coast region on the South-East corner of South Australia, it's a blend of 59% Shiraz, 40% Cabernet and a dash of Merlot. Coconut, cedar and sweet-spiced cassis on the nose. Oaky creaminess on the palate with ripe tannin structure. Warming and spiced, featuring opulent dark cherry liqueur and a pinch of graphite.
