This well-judged blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot is new to the Sainsbury's range for autumn. Ripe black berry and cassis aromas overlaid with spice and eucalypt. Ageing in a mixture of French and American barriques and hogsheads, lends structure to the lush black fruit palate. Juicy and enjoyable with ripe tannins, plus lingering spicy and savoury notes. Great for pairing with steak or hearty winter casseroles.
