Yalumba, GEN Organic Sauvignon Blanc, South Australia, 2023

Yalumba's new organic GEN range is made with future generations in mind; focusing on sustainability. Aromas of lime peel, with freshly squeezed lemons and limes, plus a hint of lemon curd. There's some decent weight to the palate, with plenty of varietal character: more lime, plus green bell pepper, lemon grass and a very tart goosebery and lemon pith finish, plus lipsmacking acidity throughout.
