Southern Rhône grapes star in Yangarra's Circle range, all grown in organic and biodynamic vineyards in Blewitt Springs. Fresh, youthful and medium-bodied, this is a new-wave style Aussie Shiraz. Smoky, savoury black fruit aromas. Ripe, smooth black berries define the palate, with nicely judged tannic grip and some juicy freshness. Meaty notes on the finish – wild boar sausage and spicy charcuterie –suggest winning food pairings.
