Very well made sparkling using Charmat method featuring Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Mildura, North West of Victoria. It exhibits a pale lemon colour. On the nose it is youthful and inviting with aromas of yellow plums, citrus fruits and delicate yeasty notes. Dry, fruit forward with lovely creamy texture. It is harmonious and elegant and its origin reflects a riper fruit profile.
