Made by De Bortoli, this Yarra Valley Chardonnay has a lovely citrus and tropical fruit character with creamy, spicy oak. It's not overly rich or overly fruity - instead the line of acidity carefully balances all of the components for a wine that is surprisingly easy drinking.
