Organic single-vineyard wine; hand-picked, hand plunged and basket pressed. Bright red fruit with cranberry, strawberry, tomato and cocoa dust, complemented by dry earth and baked terracotta. Chalky minerality adds complexity to the aromatic profile. Juicy red fruit on the palate; vibrant and crunchy with lacy acidity and gravelly tannin structure. Savoury dry fried spices of cumin, curry leaf and coriander provide depth. Light-footed and nimble with an elegant spring bouquet character, showing lots of minerality and crunch. Salty cocoa-dust finish with milk chocolate notes, salted dried plum and bilberry. Very fine with excellent detail and lengthy mineral persistence.
