Hazy and gold to light amber in colour. A 'natural' wine, with a soft, amber glow and light nutty, flor-type notes. Popcorn, apricot essence and autumn leaves with white gum honey. Energetic palate with shades of salinity. Toffee apple, chestnuts soaked in honey and green olive brine. Develops beautifully over days, showing that lovely flor-laced nose. Salted apricot and blossom with lovely sweetness. Energetic and pretty with sandpaper tannins and pink rock salt. Single vineyard, dry-grown Gingin clone, biodynamically farmed. Aged for 18 months in French oak puncheons.
