Grüner leads the blend in a light yellow-gold, mildly macerated beginner’s orange wine that is given extra floral-aromatic intensity by Gewürztraminer and Riesling, while the brief skin contact brings spice and very faint grip. A cushion of sweetness makes this a great match for spicy pork dishes.
