Lidio Carraro, Grande Vindima Merlot, Encruzilhada do Sul, Brazil 2005. Fine deep red with mature rim, very Merlot/ Pomerol nose with cassis, spice and chocolate. Rich on the palate; full, fleshy yet elegant and firm. Very good indeed.
