From a certified biodynamic vineyard comes this exciting find, the third vintage of this wine. Whole-cluster fruit is fermented on skins for 25 days then racked and bottled unfiltered with no additions. Beautiful grapefruit pith, lime blossom and savoury apple skin notes, crisp acidity and lovely drying tannic structure.
