Glup is a refreshing and fun wine but this País comes from Millapoa in Bío Bío — a region capable of producing some of the most mineral and grippy styles of this re-emerging variety. Grapes from century-old vines under the hand of winemaker and partner in the project, Christian Sepúlveda, are honed into a vibrant wine of tension with layered notes of herbs and wild forest fruits. A bargain too.
