Inky purple-blue colour in the glass. Perfumed blueberry and violets with leafy blackcurrants and smoky, toasty characters. Thick and full on the palate, it coats the mouth with cassis and a lot of ripeness. Rich and intense, it just doesn’t have a huge amount of acidity. But there is a nice purity of blackcurrant fruit and crunchy green leaves on the finish. Made by Latin American giant Concha y Toro.
