Emiliana, Novas Gran Reserva, Casablanca Valley, Chile, 2015

The nose, although slightly restrained, is elegant displaying purity of dark cherry fruit and ripe plums. The palate is earthy and peppery, gently bittersweet. There is a lovely expression of the grape here, with cloves and cinnamon coming through the tense structure.
