Lime twist and mango peel on the nose. Candied Kumquat on a rounded, textured palate, with herbal spices and grapefruit zest to add complexity and charm. Acidity is fresh at 6.3g/l to offset the sweetness (residual sugar at 6g/l) and add weight. An easy-drinking food wine.
