The exact proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah vary in this blend from year to year, hence the name: Random. This vintage offers up aromas of ripe, jammy black fruit, plus blueberries, red berries and some evolved notes of undergrowth. Ripe, full dark fruit palate with velvety tannins and savoury notes weaving through: smoky bacon, salami. With time in glass, the Cabernet characters become more expressive: smooth cassis, mint and chocolate that linger on the finish.
