This bold Syrah from the Elqui Valley in Chile is fermented in steel then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Smoky dark hedgerow berry aromas are joined by herbal edges, while in the mouth it's very spicy and savoury, with some peppery black fruits. Best drunk with a hefty piece of grilled meat.
