A Pjenušac or sparkling Grk from the 2020 vintage is sourced from the Defora Vineyard, showing Grk's capacity to deliver a rich sparkling wine experience—aromas of marzipan and toasted almond and just a hint of biscuit. The palate has a rich, ripe fruit character, grille peach intensity with a note of lemon pastry cream. There's a persistence to the mousse and a lifted kiss at the finish.
