The 110 members of this co-op farm 200ha in the Haut-Rhin and this Riesling from the 5.6ha Rosacker vineyard is the top wine. Lifted lemon peel and white flower aromas lead to a delicate, dry palate of green apple, grapefruit and wet stones. Very stylish.
