Emile Boeckel, Brut Rosé, Crémant d’Alsace, 2018

A traditional method sparkling rosé name from 100% Pinot Noir - a stipulation for Crémant rosés in Alsace. It has a soft pink colour with notes of strawberries and red cherries on the nose. The palate is silky with fine bubbles, summer berry fruits and an underlying creaminess giving structure. A lovely, light, uplifting alternative to rosé Champagne.
