If you like your sparkling wines on the fruity, as opposed to yeasty/savoury, end of the spectrum, then this attractive new Alsace addition to the M&S fizz range is worth looking out for. Made by Cave Jean Cellier, there's lots of tangy, apple and pear fruit-gummy flavour on impact, and then a hint of almond nuttiness and crystallised citrus on the finish. Refreshing party fun.
