This interesting white from Pessac-Léognan is a blend of 70% Sauvignon, with the remainder Semillon and Sauvignon Gris. It has a medicinal, eucalyptus nose and a clean, mineral palate loaded with spice and cream. There are juicy citrus fruits alongside petrol, garrigue, lime and vinyl subtleties. A delightfully savoury wine that will pair perfectly with herb-crusted sea bass or a crisp summer salad.
