A salty, mineral touch to the nose alongside perfumed, blackcurrant and cherry fruit. Straight, lean and focussed with a lightweight and cool, crisp edge to the blueberries, plums and black cherries. Bright and fun with high, just shy of sharp acidity to start and saline, liquorice and graphite edge to the filling tannins on the finish. Easy going. Ageing 100% French oak for 12-14 months.
