A single-plot, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine aged only in amphora with no added sulphites. This has gorgeous blackcurrant aromas on the nose, so pure and crystalline. Bright, and upfront with the acidity at the fore with a soft, chalky element to the palate and a salty, mineral tang on the finish. Feels a touch strict and focused right now but you’re getting the pure Cabernet feeling and flavour. I love the transparency here, nothing is hiding, juicy, clean, salty. Very mineral. Tastes full of iron. Something very captivating about this wine.
