Château Hervé-Laroque, Fronsac, Bordeaux, France, 2012

90
Tasted by: Stephen Brook, Margaret Rand, Steven Spurrier
Drinking Window: 2016 - 2026
An opulent, slightly charred nose, with dense blackberry fruit, the palate brings lots of freshness and lift and a fine natural ripeness with bold, chewy tannins. It is slightly rustic and quite long; a very good modern Fronsac.
