Château La Confession, St-Émilion, Grand Cru Classé, 2024

Blueberry and crisp cranberry fruit on the nose and palate, this is fun and lively - focusing on bright and clean fruit with nicely lively acidity which gives this a lifted feeling. It has density though, textured and filling, this feels well made with plenty of complexity and nuance. Great crystalline fruit, so pure and precise. It’s not a blockbuster but it’s yummy.
