Château Lestrille Capmartin, Bordeaux Clairet, 2014

As expected from this Bordeaux Rosé the colour is deep and serious. This is reflected in the dark fruits, cherries and currants that dominate the palate and give way to green leafy aromas. Not overly powerful, this is verging on a light red wine character, the summer equivalent of a luncheon claret.
