Château Montfollet, Le Valentin, Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

A little herbal on the nose, green fruits and pure aromatics with a soft floral fragrance. Lively and bright, a lovely element of orange - like fleur d'orange and orange squash mixed with bitter orange pith - clean, not heavy at all, but has edges of spices that give this definition and character. Not a huge length, a little soft on the finish, but well balanced and enjoyable. A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris and 20% Semillon
