Touch of reduction, this has depth and acidity, but the texture is almost satiny, a little waxy, doesn't give the grip that I look for in a white wine. Having said that, there is a zest and life to the citrus fruits. 50% new oak. Already bottled, where previously they would go up to nine months in barrel and more recently closer to six months.
