Beaujolais Nouveau Day (the third Thursday in November) may have passed, but raise a glass of this in belated celebration. It's fun yet surprisingly serious, with flavours of cherryade and raspberry and vibrant, spritzy acidity. Lea & Sandeman also sells the family's Les Grillés, Côte de Brouilly (£14.50) which is a stunner.
