The texture is supple and approachable, but there is enough tension for mid-term cellaring. The grapes are from a 3.5ha, west-facing site that helps ensure moderate ripeness; they are fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel, concrete egg and large oak to deliver a balanced, elegant result.
