The blended 2024 Macon-Fuissé from Sophie Cinier offers lovely bright aromas of lemon peel and passionfruit with smoke and a pleasant saline minerality. It has a light body and a lively, fresh acidity, yet there is enough substance here to linger over. The grapes are from 45-year-old vines spread over 0.60ha across two plots – one at the top of the slope on limestone, the other near the base in clay soils.
