<p>These are among the younger vines at the domaine - planted in 2005 and 2012 - and are located on the warmer, south-east facing side of the Grand Cru. Aged in 40% older wood, the resulting wine is a very well-balanced, hauntingly perfumed white, with fennel and bay leaf aromas, subtle cinnamon spice, some underlying fruit power and racy acidity.</p>
