Drinking Window: 2018 - 2021
Vines up to 60 years old in the lieu-dit of Niagara, farmed biodynamically, have produced a wine with a delicate strawberry aroma and fleshy red fruit flavours with some peppery spice and balancing, mouthwatering acidity. Delicious, light yet fairly simple.
