Appealing, dark juicy fruit. Notes of sour dark cherry on the palate. Bright, fresh, but lacks a bit of complexity on the finish. A very good example of Beaujolais Villages but it's missing a bit of interest as a sub-£20 Burgundy.

Lightly earthy, spicy red fruits with darker blackberry fruit in the background. Vibrant and fresh with good body for a Villages, it’s a solid choice to match all types of grilled meats, as well as hard cheeses and even hearty salads.
